3rd Generation Honda Vezel 2021 launched. Gets Latest Honda sensing features.

On 22nd April, Honda Japan unveiled the 3rd generation Honda Vezel 2021 model, also known as HR-V in other regions in a live-streamed event from Honda Welcome Plaza Aoyama in Tokyo. A drastic change compared with the old version, the Vezel embodies the EV concept Honda would offer in upcoming vehicles. The compact B segment SUV Vehicle is available in 2 versions Gasoline and e:HEV two-motor hybrid system, available all-wheel drive, and with latest safety and connectivity features. In Japan, it will compete against Toyota C-HR, Toyota Yaris Cross, Nissan Kicks, Mazda CX-3,

Interior and Seating

For Japan variant, Honda Vezel Interior received major updates. There is no power seat version for highest grade.

Thanks to the increased distance increased between the front and rear seats Hip point (Hp) by 35mm, the 3rd generation Honda Vezel rear cabin feels more spacious. Multifunctionality and Cargo space management is managed by 6040 seat architecture which a cushion tip up and forward dive down function. (called as magic fold) which is common with the previous generation ad common with (Jazz) hatchback. It is the most appreciated features by users in the B segment.

Seating Features summary

Front Driver Seat (RH) : 6way Manual Seat ( Slide – Seat Lift – backrest recline, Adjustable Headrest)

Pass Seat (LH): 4way manual ( Slide – Recline – Adjustable headrest)

Rear Seat : 60:40 Split seat with high latch 1 position & Cushion Tip up feature & flat fold function.
